The CARE bill has just been introduced in the 111th Congress by Rep. John Barrow (D-12-GA). It is now time to build the cosponsor list as quickly as possible.

Please contact your US Representative for your district immediately. Let them know that H.R. 3652 has been introduced in the House by Rep. John Barrow (D-12-GA) and they should contact Hill Thomas in Rep. John Barrow's office to sign on as a cosponsor.

Please offer your assistance to educate them on the importance of the CARE Bill.

It is time to spread the word and get the CARE bill moving.
